Kaumer Chieppe has his professional history dedicated to the business group of his family. Undergraduate in Business Administration, he has Executive MBA by Fundação Dom Cabral in partnership with J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and since 1982 has been working in Group Águia Branca. His professional background started at Viação Águia Branca, where he occupied the positions of administrative assistant, technical assistant, supplies manager operating counselor and then assumed the positions of Regional Superintending Officer ES, Regional Officer for Bahia Superintending Officer of the form Companhia Viação Sul-Baiano.
Outside Group Kaumer, he already worked for class entities, as the president of SINFREVI – Sindicato das Empresas de Fretamento de Veículos de Transporte Rodoviário da Região da Grande Vitória and the financial officer of Fetransportes – Federação das Empresas de Transportes do Estado do Espírito Santo. Mr. Chieppe already acted as the President of Abemtro – Associação das Empresas de Transporte Coletivo Rodoviário do Estado da Bahia.
Currently Kaumer is the Vice-President of Group Águia Branca – Logistics Division, which covers companies VIX, Autoport, Let’s, and V1. Kaumer also acts as member of the Board of the Passenger Division and the Board of Directors of Group Águia Branca.

Decio Chieppe is an undergraduate in Business Administration by UFES and graduated by IBMEC (Executive MBA in Finance), in addition to the Executive STC at J.L.Kellog Graduate School of Management (United States), and a PGA program – Advanced Management Program at Insead (France), both in partnership with Fundação Dom Cabral. Decio entered Group Águia Branca in 1978, via Viação Águia Branca. During his career, he occupied positions of management in several companies of GAB, having acted as Financial Officer, Administrative Officer, and General Officer. He acts as CFO of the Group and Member of the Board of Directors of GAB since 1993. From 2015 to 2018 he acted as the President of Group Águia Branca and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group. Currently he acts as Vice-President of Group Águia Branca – Innovation and Finance, in addition to the positions of Member of the Board of Directors of Group Águia Branca, of Vix Logística, of Azul Linhas Aéreas S.A, of the Trade Division and Passenger Division of GAB, and member of the Shareholders Council of GAB.

Carlos Netto is an undergraduate by Centro Universitário de Vila Velha in Business Administration and graduated in Corporate Management by COPPEAD, in addition to having participated of the STC executive program of Fundação Dom Cabral. During his professional career, dedicated to Group Águia Branca, he has been acting in the Holding, through Águia Branca Cargas, where he occupied the title of Administrative Manager, in addition to the vast experience at VIX Logística, a company where he is working to this date. At the Logistics Division, Netto occupied positions of management in the areas of Supplies, Freight, Fleet Service, Autoport and Dedicated Logistics. Currently Neto is the General Logistics officer at VIX, in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors.

Renan Chieppe is an undergraduate in Business Administration by Faculdades Integradas Espírito-Santenses and started his professional activities in Group Águia Branca in 1980. In 2001 he assumed the chairmanship of Sindicato de Transportes de Passageiros do Estado do Espírito Santo, a position occupied for two mandates in a row. He has also acted as the president of Associação Brasileira das Empresas de Transporte Terrestre de Passageiros – ABRATI. Currently Renan is the President of Group Águia Branca, a position accumulated in conjunction with the Vice-Presidency of the Passenger Division. The executive also works as member of the board of directors of Azul Trip Linhas Aéreas S.A.

Vice-President of Group Águia Branca – Trade Division, Riguel Chieppe is an undergraduate in Business Administration with MBA by the Northwestern Kellogg, in the United States. Riguel has in his history several participations in Class Entities of the Transport and Vehicle sectors, with the presidency of Associação Brasileira dos Distribuidores Toyota (Abradit), Vice-Presidency of Associação Brasileira dos Distribuidores Chrysler, Jeep e Dodge (Abradic), Vice-Presidency of Associação Brasileira de Distribuidores de Automóveis Mercedes-Benz (Abracam), and currently the Regional Officer of Federação Nacional da Distribuição de Veículos Automotores (Fenabrava/ES) and President of Sincodiv/ES – Sindicato dos Concessionários de Veículos do Estado do ES. At Group Águia Branca, Riguel began his activities in 1983, in the Human resources and Finance sectors. In 1988 he acted as an auditor and adviser at Trevisan Associados for two years. Returning to Espírito Santo, and also to Group Águia Branca, he assumed positions of management. In 1993, he assumed the dealership area of vehicles of GAB, which includes the brands Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Toyota and Lexus.

Claudia Pagnano is an independent member of our board of directors, a position she has held since October 1, 2020. Ms. Pagnano is independent member of the board of Vitru Education and has been an independent member of the board of directors of Condor S.A. from 2017 to 2020, as well as the Chairperson of its Strategy and Market Committee. She is also an advisor to Excellence Ltda. where she focuses on the personal care and beauty segment. In addition, Ms. Pagnano acts as an independent pro bono advisor to Inventação, an education-focused start up, and to Vioo, a digital platform designed to help students connect with U.S. and European universities. Ms. Pagnano is also one of the nine founders of WCD (Women Corporate Directors), Brazil chapter, a non-profit foundation that aims to increase the participation of women in positions of boards of directors. Prior to that, she was Chief Executive Officer at Abrakidabra, Chief Commercial Officer at Gol Linhas Aéreas, Managing Director of the Brazilian Division of Brazil Foods-BRF, Chief Marketing Officer and Private Label Vice-President of Grupo Pão de Açucar, Chief Marketing Officer at BankBoston and Unibanco, Consumer Films Business Director for Brazil and Latin America at Eastman Kodak Company and Marketing Category Director at Colgate Palmolive. Ms. Pagnano has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, has completed an extension course in Finance at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and has also received a certificate in Digital Transformation & Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, Ms. Pagnano has been certified as an independent director by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance since 2018, in addition to having completed a degree in Corporate Governance and Capital Markets from BI International School in São Paulo in 2014. She also participated in the second class of the Women’s Mentoring program of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance in 2018.

Roberto Lucio Nunes de Carvalho |

Roberto Carvalho was nominated CEO for Samarco in January 2016. He started his career at the company in September 1985, as a Process Engineer, leading strategic tasks in the pelletization operations in Ubu, in the State of Espírito Santo. Throughout his career at the company, Roberto assumed important titles, such as the commercial management, in 2001, a position occupied for 15 years. He left the company in March 2018. Currently he is a Owning Member of Summo Quartile Consultoria Ltda and member of the Board of Directors of VIX Logística.
