Kaumer Chieppe Chairman

Kaumer Chieppe has his professional history dedicated to the business group of his family. Undergraduate in Business Administration, he has Executive MBA by Fundação Dom Cabral in partnership with J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and since 1982 has been working in Group Águia Branca. His professional background started at Viação Águia Branca, where he occupied the positions of administrative assistant, technical assistant, supplies manager operating counselor and then assumed the positions of Regional Superintending Officer ES, Regional Officer for Bahia Superintending Officer of the form Companhia Viação Sul-Baiano.
Outside Group Kaumer, he already worked for class entities, as the president of SINFREVI – Sindicato das Empresas de Fretamento de Veículos de Transporte Rodoviário da Região da Grande Vitória and the financial officer of Fetransportes – Federação das Empresas de Transportes do Estado do Espírito Santo. Mr. Chieppe already acted as the President of Abemtro – Associação das Empresas de Transporte Coletivo Rodoviário do Estado da Bahia.
Currently Kaumer is the Vice-President of Group Águia Branca – Logistics Division, which covers companies VIX, Autoport, Let’s, and V1. Kaumer also acts as member of the Board of the Passenger Division and the Board of Directors of Group Águia Branca.

Armando de Azevedo Henriques Independent Board Member

Undergraduate in Chemical Engineer by the Military Institute of Engineering (IME), Armando Henriques has MBA by the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He participates of the Program of Advanced Management of Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and of the Program of Technology Nuclear Reactors of the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Acts as the Chairman of Ecom Energia LTDA is a Member of the Board of IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa. Certified as a Board Member (category CCIe) by the IBGC and is a member of the IPGC – Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance. Expertise in the sectors of Oil, Gas, and Energy, having already acted as President and Officer in companies such as Duke Energy International (DEI), Duke Energy Brazil, BG Group, Metrogas, and COMGAS.

Decio Luiz Chieppe Board Member

Decio Chieppe is an undergraduate in Business Administration by UFES and graduated by IBMEC (Executive MBA in Finance), in addition to the Executive STC at J.L.Kellog Graduate School of Management (United States), and a PGA program – Advanced Management Program at Insead (France), both in partnership with Fundação Dom Cabral. Decio entered Group Águia Branca in 1978, via Viação Águia Branca. During his career, he occupied positions of management in several companies of GAB, having acted as Financial Officer, Administrative Officer, and General Officer. He acts as CFO of the Group and Member of the Board of Directors of GAB since 1993. From 2015 to 2018 he acted as the President of Group Águia Branca and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group. Currently he acts as Vice-President of Group Águia Branca – Innovation and Finance, in addition to the positions of Member of the Board of Directors of Group Águia Branca, of Vix Logística, of Azul Linhas Aéreas S.A, of the Trade Division and Passenger Division of GAB, and member of the Shareholders Council of GAB.

Maria Aparecida Metanias Hallack Independent Board Member

Board management and tax advisor certified by IBGC, being part of the staff of independent advisers to IFC – World Bank, PREVI and PETROS. She is currently a board member and member of the Human Resources and Ethics Committee of Marcopolo S.A and advisory board member of Embrast Indústria e Comercio de Embalagens. She served as a board member and member of the Strategy Committee of Paranapanema S.A. and advised the Board of Directors of Hultec Terramix – United States. Founder and Director on Hallack Consultoria, which operates in corporate governance, business models and management by results and has worked for more than 25 years as a C-level executive at Tigre Tubos e Conexões. Civil engineer from UFJF and has a master’s degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ – COPPE. He attended the Executive Scholarship Program at the Kellogg School of Management, has post-graduate degrees from the Directing Development Program at the Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires, in Financial Administration at PUC-PR and in Business Planning at INPG. He is part of the Council Diversity Program (PdeC) of IFC, WCD, IBGC, B3 and Spencer Stuart.

Carlos Chieppe Netto Board Member

Carlos Netto is an undergraduate by Centro Universitário de Vila Velha in Business Administration and graduated in Corporate Management by COPPEAD, in addition to having participated of the STC executive program of Fundação Dom Cabral. During his professional career, dedicated to Group Águia Branca, he has been acting in the Holding, through Águia Branca Cargas, where he occupied the title of Administrative Manager, in addition to the vast experience at VIX Logística, a company where he is working to this date. At the Logistics Division, Netto occupied positions of management in the areas of Supplies, Freight, Fleet Service, Autoport and Dedicated Logistics. Currently Neto is the officer of Mining and Logistics Transports and also member of Board of Directors.

Renan Chieppe Board Member

Renan Chieppe is an undergraduate in Business Administration by Faculdades Integradas Espírito-Santenses and started his professional activities in Group Águia Branca in 1980. In 2001 he assumed the chairmanship of Sindicato de Transportes de Passageiros do Estado do Espírito Santo, a position occupied for two mandates in a row. He has also acted as the president of Associação Brasileira das Empresas de Transporte Terrestre de Passageiros – ABRATI. Currently Renan is the President of Group Águia Branca, a position accumulated in conjunction with the Vice-Presidency of the Passenger Division. The executive also works as member of the board of directors of Azul Trip Linhas Aéreas S.A.

Riguel Chieppe Board Member

Vice-President of Group Águia Branca – Trade Division, Riguel Chieppe is an undergraduate in Business Administration with MBA by the Northwestern Kellogg, in the United States. Riguel has in his history several participations in Class Entities of the Transport and Vehicle sectors, with the presidency of Associação Brasileira dos Distribuidores Toyota (Abradit), Vice-Presidency of Associação Brasileira dos Distribuidores Chrysler, Jeep e Dodge (Abradic), Vice-Presidency of Associação Brasileira de Distribuidores de Automóveis Mercedes-Benz (Abracam), and currently the Regional Officer of Federação Nacional da Distribuição de Veículos Automotores (Fenabrava/ES) and President of Sincodiv/ES – Sindicato dos Concessionários de Veículos do Estado do ES. At Group Águia Branca, Riguel began his activities in 1983, in the Human resources and Finance sectors. In 1988 he acted as an auditor and adviser at Trevisan Associados for two years. Returning to Espírito Santo, and also to Group Águia Branca, he assumed positions of management. In 1993, he assumed the dealership area of vehicles of GAB, which includes the brands Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Toyota and Lexus.

Claudia Jordão Ribeiro Pagnano Independent Board Member

Claudia Pagnano is an independent member of our board of directors, a position she has held since October 1, 2020. Ms. Pagnano is independent member of the board of Vitru Education and has been an independent member of the board of directors of Condor S.A. from 2017 to 2020, as well as the Chairperson of its Strategy and Market Committee. She is also an advisor to Excellence Ltda. where she focuses on the personal care and beauty segment. In addition, Ms. Pagnano acts as an independent pro bono advisor to Inventação, an education-focused start up, and to Vioo, a digital platform designed to help students connect with U.S. and European universities. Ms. Pagnano is also one of the nine founders of WCD (Women Corporate Directors), Brazil chapter, a non-profit foundation that aims to increase the participation of women in positions of boards of directors. Prior to that, she was Chief Executive Officer at Abrakidabra, Chief Commercial Officer at Gol Linhas Aéreas, Managing Director of the Brazilian Division of Brazil Foods-BRF, Chief Marketing Officer and Private Label Vice-President of Grupo Pão de Açucar, Chief Marketing Officer at BankBoston and Unibanco, Consumer Films Business Director for Brazil and Latin America at Eastman Kodak Company and Marketing Category Director at Colgate Palmolive. Ms. Pagnano has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, has completed an extension course in Finance at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and has also received a certificate in Digital Transformation & Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, Ms. Pagnano has been certified as an independent director by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance since 2018, in addition to having completed a degree in Corporate Governance and Capital Markets from BI International School in São Paulo in 2014. She also participated in the second class of the Women’s Mentoring program of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance in 2018.

Roberto Lucio Nunes de Carvalho Independent Board Member

Roberto Carvalho was nominated CEO for Samarco in January 2016. He started his career at the company in September 1985, as a Process Engineer, leading strategic tasks in the pelletization operations in Ubu, in the State of Espírito Santo. Throughout his career at the company, Roberto assumed important titles, such as the commercial management, in 2001, a position occupied for 15 years. He left the company in March 2018. Currently he is a Owning Member of Summo Quartile Consultoria Ltda and member of the Board of Directors of VIX Logística.

Aline Denadai is an undergraduate in Business Administration by FAESA and graduated in the Management of Dealers by INSPER – SP. She entered Group Águia Branca in 2003, the Trade Division, acting in several positions of management at the Toyota dealers of GAB until 2018. In 2019 she assumed the Asset Purchase and Sale Management of VIX Logística.

Ana Silvia Calegari Gava Deputy Officer

Ana Silvia Gava is an undergraduate in Accounting Sciences by FACON, graduated in Managerial Accounting by Fundação Ceciliano Abel de Almeida and MBA in Market of Capitals by Fucape. She acts in Group Águia Branca since 1990, initially as a sub-accountant at Vitória-Diesel. Since 1997, she has been a member of the Controllership Management of VIX Logística, being responsible for the Accounting, Financial and Master File areas. Statutory performance as a Deputy Officer, representing all companies of the Logistic Division.

André Luiz Chieppe Finance and Investor Relations Director

André is na undergraduate in Business Administration by FGV-ESAESP and has MBA by IESE Business School. In his professional carrer at VIX Logistic he occupied the position of trainee, operational supervisor, administrative supervisor, financial manager and controllership and finance general Manager. Currently André occupies the title of Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer.

Bruno Pretti Chieppe Business Officer

Bruno Chieppe is an undergraduate by Universidade de Vila Velha – UVV and graduated in Transport Logistics by Coppead (UFRJ) and Corporate Management by MMurad (FGV). He began his career at Águia Branca Cargas, a company of Group Águia Branca, acting in the Holding. He works in the company since 2004, where he acted in the areas of forest operations, leasing, and freight. In 2014 he occupied the position of Freight Officer, and in 2017 the title of officer responsible for the segments of Steel, Paper & Cellulose.

Carlos Chieppe Netto Business Officer

Carlos Netto is an undergraduate by Centro Universitário de Vila Velha in Business Administration and graduated in Corporate Management by COPPEAD, in addition to having participated of the STC executive program of Fundação Dom Cabral. Ciro Ferreira da Rocha Administrative Officer

Ciro Rocha is an undergraduate in Business Administration and has MBA in Investments and Financial Market by FUCAPE. With a vast expertise in the area of management and finance, Ciro has a professional history of almost 30 years dedicated to Group Águia Branca, especially VIX, having initiated his activities in 1990, already occupying positions in the sectors of Finance, Personnel Management, Budget, and Costs. Since 2018 he has been acting as the Administrative Officer, responsible for the areas of Supplies, Human resources, External Communication, Technical Counseling, Quality and Environment, Legal, Governance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management of VIX Logística.

Luciano Rodrigues Werner Business Officer

Luciano Werner is an undergraduate in business administration by UNIFGV do Espírito Santo. He began his career in Group Águia Branca at Kurumá Veículos and currently works at VIX since 2002, where he acted as the Fleet Lease and Management Officer from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, he assumed the Freight and Dedicated Logistics units. Currently, he occupies the title of Officer of the Segments of Oil & Gas, Bioenergy, and New Businesses.

Patricia Poubel Chieppe Executive Officer

Patrícia Chieppe is an undergraduate in Business Administration by UFES, with specialization in Corporate Governance. Her professional life was dedicated to Group Águia Branca, beginning in 1991 at Viação Águia Branca, with participations in the administrative and operating areas, including Operating Manager and Controllership Manager. At VIX Logística, she acted managing the freight segment and also the administrative and financial area of the company. From 2012 to 2016 she occupied the title of Administrative Officer. Since 2016, to this date, Patrícia answers for the Executive Management of VIX Logística.

Ricardo Pinca Bernasconi Business Officer

Ricardo Pinca Bernasconi is an undergraduate in Business Administration by Universidade Mackenzie, with two MBA courses, one in Marketing and the other in Controllership and Finance, both by FEARP/USP. In his professional background, Ricardo has acted in IBM Brasil and is focused on the area of leasing and outsourcing of fleet, when in 1998 he started in the sector at Localiza Rent a Car. In 2006, he entered Let’s Rent a Car, having acted in the Management of Marketing and Sales, and Executive Management. Currently Ricardo occupies the title of Officer.

Rodolfo Altoé Filho Business Officer

Rodolfo Filho is an undergraduate in mechanical engineer by Universidade Federal de Uberlândia/MG, and from 1977 to 1994 he acted in several positions of management in areas of mining company Samarco. In 1994, Rodolfo started his activities in Group Águia Branca, and assumed the management of Autoport, a company of automotive logistics recently acquired by GAB, a position he keeps to this date.
