Consolidating the values and the actions already developed by the Company throughout the years, the Integrity Program is the instrument with allows for the development of actions aiming at encouraging ethical behavior, supporting the observance of the legislation, the Code of Conduct, the Anticorruption Policy and other internal rules and procedures of VIX, by means of clear and accessible rules, assuring that the business and practices adopted are conducted with legality, ethics, integrity, and transparency.

RESPONSIBLE AREA

At VIX, the area responsible for the Integrity Program is the Executive Management of Legal, Governance, and Compliance Management, which must develop, implement, and monitor its observance.
