MANAGEMENT OF ETHICAL CULTURE

Ethics is our value, reason why the maintenance of healthy and fair relationships with the internal and external public, in addition to an environment with the highest ethical standards, is a commitment of VIX.

Therefore, cases involving inobservance of the guidelines contained in the Code of Ethics, in the Anticorruption Policy, and in the other internal rules of VIX, may be communicated both by the internal and the external public, using the Complaints Channel, in any of the channels listed below.

 

 

 

 

The Complaints Channel of VIX is operated by an independent and specialized company, assuring anonymity and the confidentiality of the information.
